Paperblanks Laurel Burch
The Laurel Burch Collection by Paperblanks Journals
A free spirit and self taught artist, Laurel Burch (1945-2007) put her calling to work to support her two children. What began as a livelihood hammering junkyard metal into whimsical jewelry sold on the streets of San Francisco became a lucrative, prolific business. Her original paintings, lush with color and imagination, now enliven jewelry, apparel, giftware and myriad other products sold worldwide.
This Paperblanks Journal collection captures the magical connection Laurel Burch had with the world around her. The strength of her characters; whether cats, butterflies, or humans; come to life on the covers. Illuminated with saturated color, the personalities beckon you to engage with Paperblanks’ signature features: innovative flap designs; archival-quality, lined pages, memento pouches and ribbon page markers.
