      Paperblanks Divine Comedy Journal Collection

Paperblanks created two journals based on what may be the most important poem of the Middle Ages. Author Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) composed his master piece over a 12 year period. He completed the manuscript one year before his death in 1320. The final poem is divided in three parts: Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso. Paperblanks used a reproduction of the cover page for the first part from a 14th century copy for the cover art of these consequential journals.

What was groundbreaking about Dante's Divine Comedy is that he wrote it in his own voice in his own local Tuscan dialect. Paperblanks have created two journals that will inspire you to find and express your own voice.
