Where do we ship?

Lovenotebooks.com ships to all US addresses including PO Boxes and US Military addresses, Canada, Mexico and over 35 other Territories and countries. If when placing an order your country or territory does not show as an option we do not ship there. Major countries we do not ship to are: Russia, Ukraine and Iran

Are there other charges for orders outside the USA?

Orders shipping outside the USA will show duties, taxes and shipping upon checkout. By collecting these charges at the time of purchase your package will move more efficiently and it will prevent delays when your package reaches its destination country. For many countries you will be able to check out in your own currency.

Do you charge GST/HST to Canadian customers?

GST/HST is added automatically to Canadian orders based on your location.

What is your order turn around time?

Lovenotebooks strives to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. When an item is out of stock we will contact you right away.  Please leave email or telephone number where you can be easily reached.  Weekends and Holidays not included.

What are the USA Shipping cost?

Economy shipping within the USA is Free on orders over $49. Economy Shipping cost are $5.95 for orders up to $20, $6.95 on orders $20-$30, $7.95 on orders $30-$40 and $8.95 for orders $40-$49. You can select faster shipping methods and international shipping options and rates when checking out.

What are the shipment rates for Canada?

We offer a range of shipping costs and delivery times upon checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated based on expected weight and dimensions of your package.

International shipping Duties, Taxes and VAT

For your convenience and a more seamless delivery experience we automatically add duties and local taxes to your order in the countries where our shipping partner Global-e has offices. This means that we take care of all customs clearance and payment of duties and taxes on your order all you have to do is wait for delivery.

If you check out your order and taxes and duties are not added to your order it means that you are personally responsible for payment of all duties and local taxes and should expect the package carrier to collect the duties and taxes from you before delivery.

As much as possible Lovenotebooks.com tries to re-use the packaging materials we receive in the course of doing business. Please be kind to the planet and your wallet and re-use the packing materials you receive from us when you can :-)

What is the lovenotebooks.com returns policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you have received and we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of order receipt. Please send us an email with the product and quantity and we will email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please make sure to include your RA(return authorization) number on your package, that will allow us to process your refund or exchange faster.

Please note that all products need to be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Exchanges and refunds on merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable.

All sales to countries and territories outside the USA are final and no returns will be accepted.
